If you object to any of the terms and conditions, please refrain from using any of the products or services advertised on the website and leave immediately. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the UK and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of UK courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court under such jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will continue to have full force.


Complaints Procedure


You can make a complaint by e-mail. Please provide your telephone number and your full postal address along with any order or reference number so we may retrieve all details from our records.

We aim to reply within 2 working days from when we receive your complaint. If it is not possible to give you a full reply within this time – for instance, because a detailed investigation is required – we will give you an interim response, telling you what is being done to deal with your complaint, when you can expect the full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly. This Complaints Procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability


We warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchant ability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer’s purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis. All products should be tested on an inconspicuous area prior to use to make sure of compatibility with surfaces.  


Description of Services and Liability


We warrant that any valeting and detailing services will, at the time of collection, correspond to the description given by us. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchant ability or conditions of the services whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the service. All products used during a service are tested on an inconspicuous area prior to use to make sure of compatibility with surfaces. Diamond Car Detailing is not liable for any damage which could occur. Diamond Car Detailing makes no warranty, expressed or implied for any un-reported damage after the time of collection. Diamond Car Detailing is not liable for any damage caused during a service as a result of unknown or un-reported vehicle history such as interior or body repairs and re-sprayed panels where paint is thinner or behaves differently to the rest of the vehicle. 


Pricing Errors


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.


Receiving Goods


On receiving goods please inspect them for damage. Any damage to the goods through fault or damage in transit must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery or collection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund after this time period as we have a limited time period in which to report issues to our couriers.


 Refund Policy 


For online sales you have a right to return items. This is known as a cooling off period if you change your mind on a purchase. You must notify us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of delivery and receipt of the item. You have 14 days to return an item to us after telling us you wish to return the item.


Items must arrive back us new, unused and in the condition that we supplied them.

You must also return any additional gifts or favours included in the box.


Upon receipt of goods we will refund the purchase price + any standard delivery fees paid. You will not receive a refund on postage upgrades (E.g: Next Day Delivery) . Orders that are over the "free" standard postage threshold will receive no refund on postage, this includes upgraded postage.


If there is no fault with the goods, it is you, the customer who is responsible for covering the costs of return postage and insuring the item to ensure it arrives with us safely. If the item is not received we cannot process a refund.


The refund will be issued to your original method of payment usually within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note certain credit card companies may take a further 2-10 business day to post to your account. We reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.


For custom made and bespoke items returns are not accepted.


 If there is a fault with the product you have different rights - see damaged or faulty goods policy. 


Refund Policy - Damaged or Faulty Goods 


The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as set out in The Consumer Rights Act 2015. For damaged goods please see Receiving Goods statement. If the damage is reported within the set timeframe we will issue a full refund.


For faults arising after delivery you must report the fault to us within 30 days from when you bought the product.


Cancellation


Consumer rights to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000
 apply If you are acting as a consumer (i.e. not entering into a transaction for business purposes), and purchasing via mail/telephone/website order, you have a right to cancel your purchase within seven working days of the day after the date of delivery, and to return any unused item for a refund. These rights do not apply to Bespoke/personalised goods. For example, you do not have the right to a refund on items made to your size/colour/fragrance or any other specification. To cancel an order, e-mail, phone, or write to us. Have your invoice number to hand Goods must be returned unused, and you must take reasonable care of them. Return goods to us at the above address. Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, you must return them to us at your own expense. In the event that goods are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the return delivery charge on receipt of the items. If we arrange collection of unwanted goods, we will deduct courier charges from your refund. Once items have been returned in an unused condition, with all parts and accessories present, we will supply a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel.


Shipping & Postage Fees


On receiving an order by 12pm we aim to process that order on the same day depending on stock availability. We do not guarantee to ship the item on the day the order is received. We offer free shipping on the advertised amount within the UK mainland only. N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands & International orders are subject to higher postage fees so are charged extra and do not qualify for Free Postage. All items are sent via a courier of our choosing.


For N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands please select the dedicated postage option given. If not we will cancel down the order, notify you of the reason and refund the order.


During sale and holiday periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Years etc, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship from the time of placing the order. We are extremely busy at these times so order processing and shipping can and will take longer than usual. For international shipping please contact us first to discuss a postage quote.


For custom and bespoke products please allow 2 working days for manufacture before any orders are shipped.


Security


We prioritize your security and data information when ordering from us. Payment is taken via PayPal or bank transfer so we never see nor hold your bank or card information. For PayPal security terms and condition please visit their site. We take no responsibility from loss of data as the result of an error of PayPal.

We do not require any other personal information (such as gender, age, financial details etc) other than the above as it is not required by us and we will not ask you for it.

We use your name and contact details for the purpose of sending communications to you.


Using Your Information in accordance with Data Protection Law


We will keep the amount of personal information collected and the extent of any processing to the minimum. We do not hold "sensitive" or " special categories" of personal information.
